Restaurant L'Am\u00e9nit\u00e9 is unfortunately closed for good.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Located in a pedestrian street not far from the cathedral and the castle, the restaurant l'Am\u00e9nit\u00e9 offers a real sunny interlude <\/strong>around a beautiful and good meal. Here, we take care of your well-being<\/strong>, perhaps because the chef, Richard Cornet, is a former psychotherapist.<\/p>\n\n

Among the long list of fine restaurants in Nantes<\/a>, we were drawn to l'Am\u00e9nit\u00e9 and its chef Richard Cornet. The promise of a convivial moment <\/strong>with a creative cuisine<\/strong>, we could not resist...<\/p>\n\n

Let's say it right away, we loved our lunch <\/strong>full of flavors, perfectly mastered cooking, and assembled textures.<\/p>\n\n

In a pedestrian area, in the historic Bouffay<\/strong> district, this Klein blue storefront wakes up these facades that are a little too gray for our taste. The interior decoration is in the same way, the blue dominates without suffocating, the fabrics are flowered, the wood still warms the atmosphere... It's clearly elegant <\/strong>and user-friendly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The menu is on the slate<\/strong> and ultra-short<\/strong> (2 starters, 2 courses and 2 desserts), the assurance of fresh products. <\/p>\n\n

The offer of wines by the glass <\/strong>is also on the slate, and gives pride of place to Loire wines, but also allows for trips abroad. Definitely, we break the codes <\/strong>in this restaurant, but without any pretention.<\/p>\n\n

And the advantage of an \u00e0 la carte menu is that it can change every day<\/strong>, depending on the raw materials and the chef's mood, and we like that! And we really like that the Am\u00e9nti\u00e9 is at the top of our 15 best restaurants where to eat in Nantes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n
