Restaurant Le Pickles<\/h3>\n\n<p>For us, Pickles is one of the restaurants that has been a <strong>pioneer in reviving Nantes' gastronomy<\/strong>. Dominic Quirke, the chef, is <strong>English<\/strong> (family culinary memories to forget...)! A former computer consultant, he went back to school to learn about cooking.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Vallee-loire\/Restaurant\/Restaurant-Nantes-Pickles\/i-ZJ5hTSB\/0\/c3d7104a\/L\/restaurant-nantes-pickles-L.jpg\" alt=\"in front of the Pickles\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Good for him, because he's brought that <strong>little bit of <\/strong>British <strong>craziness <\/strong>to the fundamentals of <strong>Loire produce<\/strong>.
